1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

2. How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take up to 7–10 business days to complete before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for select areas. Please choose the Local Pickup option at checkout (if available) or contact us directly to arrange a pickup time.

5. What materials are your products made of?
Our jewelry pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel or alloy metal and finished with vacuum-plated 18K gold or durable enamel.

6. What if my package is lost or shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance. We recommend double-checking your address and tracking updates carefully.
